Terms of use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Noabase services. Please read the description of the features you use and these terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Noabase (including those not listed on the Tools page) and to shared features such as login and contact forms. We update the tool list when services are added or changed. Any separate conditions are shown before you use that feature. Where separate conditions differ from these terms, the separate conditions take precedence for that feature.
Operator: Noabase (operated by an individual)
Contact us using Send feedback on any page. On mobile service pages, it is in the Site information menu at the top right. If you need a reply, include your contact details, such as an email address, in your message.
The operator's name and address will be disclosed without delay upon request. Please contact us using the method above.
Internal testing pages are outside the scope of these terms.
2. Use and fees
Features marked Free in the tool list can be used through export without registration or a paid contract. You are responsible for communication and device costs.
If we offer paid features in the future, we will display tax-inclusive prices, available features, contract length, automatic renewal terms, billing start date, cancellation methods, and refund conditions before purchase, and charge only after an explicit request. Free use will not automatically become a paid contract. These terms alone do not create a contract for paid plans or AI features that are not yet offered.
Paid contracts will be cancellable on screen without contacting us, with access continuing until the contract period ends. If we offer free trials or automatic renewal, we will explain them at the start and before billing or renewal. Refund conditions will be shown before purchase and will not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.
3. Rights to work and commercial use
Rights to your input and work resulting from your creativity belong to you or other rightful owners. Noabase does not acquire rights to your work simply because you use the service. Created or edited work may be used for personal or commercial purposes.
If you include other people's images, text, trademarks, or photographs, you must confirm any necessary permissions concerning copyright, likeness, privacy, and other rights. Separate licenses for Noabase templates, assets, or fonts apply where provided. Font conditions are available in Font licenses and copyright notices. Permission to use them in a work does not mean unrestricted permission to redistribute or sell the asset or font files themselves.
We handle data received by Noabase only as needed for the processing, storage, sharing, and support you choose. These terms do not grant us the right to use your work in advertising or to train AI models.
4. Storage, sharing, and your responsibilities
Browser storage may be lost when you change devices or browsers or delete site data. Also save important work locally as editable data or finished files. This service does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of lost data.
Send scheduling response links only to those you want to share with. Management links allow events to be changed or deleted, so keep them separately from response links. Obtain any necessary consent before registering or sharing other people's personal information.
Check converted, counted, or edited results before publishing, submitting, or printing them. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or infringing others' copyright, likeness, privacy, or other rights
- Unauthorized access, misuse of others' management links, or bypassing access restrictions
- Sending malware, imposing excessive load, or interfering with the service or other users
- Using the services for impersonation, fraud, threats, or harassment
Where a violation occurs or there is a specific risk of one, we may restrict use as needed, stop sharing, or delete the relevant data. Except where urgent action is necessary, we endeavor to explain our reasons and actions.
6. Exclusion of organized crime groups
You represent and warrant that you are not an organized crime group, member, affiliated business, corporate racketeer, or equivalent party (collectively, antisocial forces), and have no relationship with such parties.
If this representation or warranty is found to be false, Noabase may suspend use and terminate the contract without notice. In that case, fees already paid are not refunded, and Noabase retains the right to claim compensation for damage suffered.
7. Service changes, interruptions, and termination
Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, failures, security, or other reasons. Where possible, we announce scheduled interruptions, significant feature changes, and service termination in advance and provide an opportunity to export needed data. In emergencies, an announcement may follow the response.
We will not add or strengthen restrictions affecting use or advertising without explanation. If advertising is introduced, we intend to avoid ad-viewing waits during editing or export and to keep paid plans free of advertising.
8. Problems and liability
Noabase works to investigate and fix problems and improve the services. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or file, perfect results, or constant availability.
If you suffer damage attributable to Noabase, we are liable under Japan's Civil Code, Consumer Contract Act, and other applicable laws. These terms do not exclude all liability or limit consumers' statutory rights.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes and their effective date will be announced on this site in advance. Changes are made when the Civil Code requirements for changes to standard terms are met; otherwise, user consent is obtained where required. Announcing a change alone does not imply consent to every change.
10. Governing law and inquiries
These terms are governed by Japanese law, without excluding protections under mandatory laws applicable to you. If a problem arises, contact us using the method in Section 1 so we can review the situation and work toward a solution.
To suggest improvements or report a problem, use Send feedback on any page. On mobile service pages, it is in the Site information menu at the top right.
